4 EASY STEPS
1. Initial Complimentary In Showroom Consultation
It begins when you visit our Alexandria showroom and speak with our designers about the project. Bring photos of the space and we will access the space from photos and talk about what you hope to achieve from the remodel. We will then provide a realistic ballpark estimate, discuss lead times and potential scheduling timeframes and explain our design process and applicable design fees.
2. Design Process
This phase involves our designers going to your home to accurately measure the project space and note any relevant issues and concerns. Next, the designers will create layouts, offering material and color selections that complement your taste and lifestyle. Lastly, we’ll put all your preferences together in one design and offer you a project proposal.
3. Getting your Approval
Once we’ve finished creating your layout, we will also provide you with material lists, the scope of work, and price estimate that generates the contract proposal to be agreed upon and signed so that scheduling can begin.
4. Installation Phase
Scheduling of the project is determined by the delivery of the items and furniture that will be used, usually the cabinetry lead-time. Once the materials are in hand, our master tradesmen will begin the work. The process is quick and efficient so that the timeline and disruption to your household are minimized.
5. Final Completion
We then complete the entire design and installation process, making sure that you are a firm part of the process, issuing changes/adjustments as required, meeting your heart’s desires.
